Happy go lucky company.. nobody is worried about their or company's growth. A silent person who doesn't have any opinion can spend a life here..

Few Senior members have made this company a lala company. They treat this company as their property. They can taunt anybody, supress every opinion, question even if it's not even related,get personal whenever they feel like and there's nobody to stop them

There's no space to share one's opinion. Extreme micro management by senior leadership. Disrespect, harsh tone and rude nature towards subordinates. Hierarchy is strictly followed in the company. Not a great place to work.
