NIL - No good things can be highlighted for this company. Worst company.

One of the worst company to work with , they are cheaters and liars , do not pay salaries to their employees on time , do not deposit PF money , Income tax deducted from Salaries. Most of the time full and final settlement of the employees who has resigned remains unsettled. Guys keep yourself away from this company.

Very bad , they do not pay salaries to employees on time. No job security , PF and income tax deducted are not deposited to gov department. Guys please keep yourself away from this company. No full and final settlement are made once any employee leaves the organisation. It is not a company to make career. Always 2-3 months salary remains pending.

The Company Open the New Contact Farming in North Region with Farmer and planed a peck house in north india

Compensation is decent but growth is slow The Work pressure is very high at Crop harvesting time ,I have to work 16-16 Hours Straight in a day for attend the client individual.and new contact farming in north India.

Company is unethical, non compliance in respect of every law possible. HR is handled by poorly qualified people making work time mostly stressed. Management is unstable bcz of lack of faith in directors by shareholders. Stress is high bcz of low stuff. No notice or compensation given if removed. No insurance no leaves strictly.
