with time I have seen process been adhered and Department HoD has been educating old & new team on adhering to process & on developing purchase skills. I have seen lots of process started in last 1.5 years which I also learned as this was nothing like that earlier. For which we thank our Managers, as HR / company didn't take anysuch class / training earlier.
