with time I have seen process been adhered and Department HoD has been educating old & new team on adhering to process & on developing purchase skills. I have seen lots of process started in last 1.5 years which I also learned as this was nothing like that earlier. For which we thank our Managers, as HR / company didn't take anysuch class / training earlier. Job insecurity , too many changes/ Resignation at higher level . Also when good performance is not recognized & behavior towards good performance or function is not good we as function & employee level feel insecure. Good talent going out & no focus from HR to define function wise clear roles.
