Nothing to be liked in Campk12. Good example for Mismanagement.

Everything to be disliked currently. From October 2021. Founders hired worst upper management people and keeps on changing frequently and when they start understand the process which took 5- 6 month for so called experienced persons they left and new management joins and try to change the things again without understanding anything with confidence.

No job security at all, people even get fired without any warning. No work-life balance, you are suppose to work for 10-12 hrs and sometimes more then that with 6 days working Management are handled by those who are in goodbooks of their manager, no matter how hardworking you are. Not good for people who are hardworking and looking for fair appraisals or promotions.

Management and and dominant managers who want to satisfy themselves with the feel of power. Only favouritism is done here, people who can impress manager and won't raise a voice for the team are in higher post. Suggestions: don't apply for this job if you are hardworking and not good in saying yes to everything your boss says. Everything here is negetive. You will not find a single CON while working for this company. Every positive review which is listed here coz co. Asks the employees to write a positive review for the company. It is one kind of a KRA while working here. You are threatened if uh refuse to do so. Do not join if you wish too grow in your carrer.

It is a very flexible company to work with, they allow teachers to choose when to work and timings with students can also be worked out. They pay instructors hourly, so as part-time work, this is a comfortable place to work at!

Dislikes

There are essentially no benefits and bonuses are very rare. Their leave policy is also limited - but one can negotiate long leaves if planned in advance. The management is sometimes unreachable and you are expected to deal with the communication between parent and company.
