In campk12, My knowledge is getting wider and this is a place where all my technical concerns are taken care of. Policies here in ck12 is for the betterment of us. Also Compared with other coding companies they are very friendly to the instructors and they do hear and answer our concerns in a day and if genuine they have implemented it for all.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but can be revised as experience is gained. Also if promotions are included, it will motivate the instructors.

The only appreciable thing is the flexible timings available to you.

There is no job security, they can remove you as soon as demand decreases, cause they are hiring rapidly now, because of COVID-19. They ask you to put in 42hrs/week and you have to work for 6 days. We are given 35k/month even though we have to work 6 days and 42 hrs/week. They hired many people claiming the job was for python Instructors' but we have to teach in JS. When asked, the reply was learn JavaScript on your own or you can leave. I also believe that their marketing strategy misguides people into believing their kids are going to become tech wizards and software developers after only 12 hrs - 36 hrs depending on the level chosen by parents. The CEO has big time insecurity, he will micro manage everything and he will surprise check your work too and he will find reasons to make you work on Sundays. And you wont be paid back for your generosity. The company wont provide you with any assets to work with , not even your laptop and essential softwares. The CEO over promises everything and under delivers. He is a scammer.

Everything to be disliked currently. From October 2021. Founders hired worst upper management people and keeps on changing frequently and when they start understand the process which took 5- 6 month for so called experienced persons they left and new management joins and try to change the things again without understanding anything with confidence.

No job security at all, people even get fired without any warning. No work-life balance, you are suppose to work for 10-12 hrs and sometimes more then that with 6 days working Management are handled by those who are in goodbooks of their manager, no matter how hardworking you are. Not good for people who are hardworking and looking for fair appraisals or promotions.

Management and and dominant managers who want to satisfy themselves with the feel of power. Only favouritism is done here, people who can impress manager and won't raise a voice for the team are in higher post. Suggestions: don't apply for this job if you are hardworking and not good in saying yes to everything your boss says.
