No job security. They start on contractual basis, which can extend upto 2 years and then probation, which can again extent upto 2 years. In the probation letter there is a clause which says that they could terminate the employment with a month's notice without any reason.

Good work environment. The teachers really work here like a team. The support from the admin staff it also good. Salary is paid according to the govt norms. A little politics at the higher order but it doesn't affect the overall working of the place and if there is any problem then the principal and management is always there to solve the issue. Excellent management and good experience.

Well I joined Cambridge in the year 2017 and it was a great learning experience.

Apart from having a good learning experience I didnt get anything from Cambridge, Noida. Work pressure is too much and the worst part is that A teacher hardly gets any acknowledgement. I worked there for 5 years yet they did not promote me this really demotivated me and I started loosing my self confidence. This place has become money minded now. I have a lot more to say yet I will close the statement by saying that respect your teachers if you want better results....Read More
