I hate Cambridge Court world school.

Dislikes

There is no one working area where one would not feel the stress. The school authorities treats the teachers as their maid servants..and keep them on toes from morning 8:45 login hours till 5 pm in the evening. There is lot of work pressure n high criticism against the new comers. Childre are treated like Robots.. they are not allowed even to move a little bit from their seats .they are always being bombarded with rules n rules ang yelling..imagine how a 5 years old child would feel if in his early learning yers only the teachers starts telling and torturing the students..poor innocent children get mentally n emotionally affected at such levels that they would refuse to go to school n their parents would send a complain against the class teacher..in just 1 standard when children are only 5- 6 years old..which means highly sensitive and prone to emotional and mental stress teachers rather helping their students to become confident n have a good moral sense..would yell n scare the children..this can leave a child with situational phobia or state phobia where he may frighten to come to school n that teacher may cause anxiety n stress in the child..their mental state can brutally get affected with teachers won't learn to keep in check their frustration level in check. School coordinators can't stand by any teachers friendly behaviour with the students..and always forces to be strict with children as if they were wild animals..and we have to make them humans..I didn't like the principal n coordinators attitude towards teachers who love children n are soft spoken with them. You can only become a worst teacher at Cambridge court world school..the school is all about business n making money from high fee structure...I must say..earlier school day's system was million times better than today's..the recess n the play time I miss the most..at least students had their freedom n they had respect for their teachers..school system in India is the worst....Read More

Horrible...the class teacher, coordinators and principal made my life hell..they broke my confidence to work freely n independently and treated me as I am a worst teacher.

No job security. They start on contractual basis, which can extend upto 2 years and then probation, which can again extent upto 2 years. In the probation letter there is a clause which says that they could terminate the employment with a month's notice without any reason.
