Calliduscloud was good in terms of compensation and the process was straightforward.SAP process very complicated and camouflage. You need to ask questions at every step.

position been redundant. and there is no internal movement to SAP. Though SAP says they do encourage internal movements, but calldisucloud was acquired by SAP. Within SAP you can move anywhere. Not from the acquired company to a sister company.

Do not join. If you want to join SAP. Not acquired company from SAP. Though benefits will be the same after a few years if you want to do internal either your position will be redundant or you will be asked to put down your paper.
