No work-life balance even if you are a high performer. No appraisal. Appraisal system doesn't exist. No career growth talk only you have to work day and night on unclear requirements and degrade your health. Zero transparency as an organisation. Manager feels they are kings...Whatever we say it's right. You just have to follow. Plz don't ask questions, otherwise you will be questioned more or same task will be given to you as an award for questioning the design problem. No rewards and recognition.
