Controlled y a single entity. Mostly things are transparent.Answers of Questions asked to management is either Yes or No, nothing in between to confuse anyone just all clear. Its much better placs to work if you are not much concerned about money and growth.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Some of company policies like weird dress codes and loose management. As everyone one is in race to please VP of the company. As every small or big issue can be solved by only approaching Him. And last but not the least.. Salary Package MUST be increased to at least market rates

Skill development - Poor

Work Details

Initially it was quite challenging but as you get involved its a Fun with lots of benefits

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
