The top management, CEO, CF&CHRO, HR Team, Operations Team and everyone who's at the top of the company's organisation tree are extremely supportive to work with.

Dislikes

Salary has a lot of Variable Pay which is quite a drawback.Team Managers assume monopoly this delaying the work for months and affecting the project's timelines.

The product knowledge acquired was not much useful as it is our side the organization. But greatly helps in paving the way to learn other products.

I like work culture for my role, that i can visit the industries which are playing a major role in our lives. And getting interacted with them and gaining knowledge helps me to develop myself and understand the real world.
