More Favoritisms towards same region and caste people. If you try to raise about you will be targeted and make you to quit from company by pressurizing you with unknown reasons. Requirement they brought up from client are base less and Product owner of Epiq side is duffer. Scrum master decides developers work who is need to work on which required and he is not sound at technical though.
