The top management, CEO, CF&CHRO, HR Team, Operations Team and everyone who's at the top of the company's organisation tree are extremely supportive to work with.

Dislikes

Salary has a lot of Variable Pay which is quite a drawback.Team Managers assume monopoly this delaying the work for months and affecting the project's timelines.

Company is Good and Once we became Older there is too much we have to handle, where we cannot manage Work Life Balance, and it's very hard we will learn new Technologies, will be bored with Routine Work, No Confidence on Company Switch with the Knowledge we gained.
