The big Wales eating small fish that what happens over here if there is anything wrong in the department the managers don't take responsibility they just blame and be a scape goat from the mess.

Work culture is really bad no timing lots of work and even if you all sort of work you will be blamed for not doing anything. God know why old peoples are still there in this company which are not good in their duties and blaming other team members.

The best part I like the most is job security and career growth opportunity. The working culture and work environment is also very good as compared to other companies.

There is no salary structure based on your designation and during the appraisal process, they will not look to your whole year dedication and commitment towards your work. Also they will not look towards the salary that you are withdrawing. The average increment for all is 8-10% from last 2 years.

I had a very frustrating experience working at Cafe Coffee Day Guwahati. There is no work-life balance, and the lack of fixed days off makes it difficult to have any personal time. The salary is low, and employees are often treated poorly by management, feeling more like servants than valued team members.(Iam telling about only guwahati cafes) The expectation to work beyond scheduled hours without any overtime pay is exhausting. Additionally, there’s little to no recognition of festivals or celebrations, which takes away from the sense of community in the workplace. Giving too high a target that makes the customer run away and scream and GM of Delhi says anything to any team member and store manager without thinking Whereas some people pay more attention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company.
