I did an Internship in here for my M.Tech. degree. I paid thirty thousand rupees for that. When joined they told there is enough projects. But I got only an AMF panel project to participate. I couldn't learn much from here. After putting this review they called me and told they will tell to my college the internship is not valid. Ipaid 30,000 Rupees to them. They used my motorbike for the company purpose. One time when the company employee used my bike and it's accelator cable broken. They didn't gave it's repairing money to me. At last I kept my motorbike in my hostel and went by bus....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
