Hello everyone, I work at a startup medical device company. When I joined, the company policies were employee-friendly. I have been working here for 3 years now. However, the company has started making silent sales in my territory without my involvement, and I am not receiving any benefit from these sales. Dislikes

Good employee policy but can't be exercised, like Saturday is working inspite of off written in policy. Less manpower so overlapping work structure. Many a times people availability for important tasks becomes challenging.

Skill development is on the top.All the opportunity are available to develop self.Need to be on top of your activity level to complete the daily task.Change management are frequent related to process and man management.

Dislikes

Daily dose of work is sufficient to consume your day working hour and new task at your every step forward.work life balance is out if mind.No day is 9 to 5 duty. Frequent changes of priority leads to incomplete task. Managers have their own task of getting the work done from down the line which make them more prone to aggressive .

Product Quality control.Product testing.SAP, CAPA, RCA, Training , GMP, GLP, defect control and eradication, SPC/SQC, Productivity, Process control.
