Ethics and morality are given preference here. I have seen people got sacked for being corrupt. After that they have vented their anger on these platforms making up false claims. But those are different issues. Overall very safe and secure place to work for women.

C-Quel is among the very few MSME to conduct full vaccination of their workforce on time, ie, before the upcoming third wave. Not only for their employees, for their (employee's) immediate family members too. Second dose was right there on 84th day. Without wasting any time. Very employee friendly company.

During this global pandemic, C-Quel management played a visionary role. They distributed masks last year and this year, increased the medical cover and initiated WFH facilities. There were additional work pressure, yes, to keep the Company floating. but there were no salary cut or any benefit reductions or anything like that. Still some team members unable to cope with increased responsibilities started to slack. their performance graph took a nose dive. instead of working during office hours, they have been found to spent their time in social media sites from their smartphones. When Company told them to pull up their socks, they misbehaved with Senior managers. C-Quel was forced to let them go. During this pandemic C-Quel providing excellent support to it's team members. Even before authorities were taking Covid seriously, C-Quel management distributed masks among it's employees and made it mandatory to wear it at office. Sanitizers etc were also provided and strictly enforced. They upped employee health insurance benefitsduring this time too. C-Quel is a great place to learn and grow. The Senior management here is empathetic to employee needs and are quite flexible. We get salary on time, and perks too are industry standard. During Covid pandemic lockdown, not only there were no lay offs, also our medical insurance coverage increased. Nearly 60% of the workforce during this phase were sitting idle, still got their salaries on time and there were no reductions too. May be because of this some people got too lazy, instead of working hard, started doing politics with their colleagues and negatively hampering working environment. Company gave them stern messages. C-Quel is my extended family. Right now during Covid pandemic, management helped us like anything. I feel myself lucky to be here.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about C-Quel, but one thing I must stress that some disgruntled non-performers who are fired during the probation period itself wrote many bad things about the company here at Ambitionbox, 99% of which are false and unsubstantiated. Ambitionbox is a great platform but they should not allow this type of reviews. Criticisms should be constructive.

A place for performers. Non-performers do not last beyond probation period. So if want to work here be ready to "work". Salary is will be credited on time and perks are good. During Covid lockdown too there were no pay cut, or workforce reduction whether you are working or not. Heath coverage for whole family increased during Covid period, so that is very good.

Do not believe those negative reviews. People who are not good at their work bad mouthed the Company here.

One thing C-Quel shined in these last few months is in Covid response. As early as the first week of March, management distributed masks to all team members and made it mandatory to wear in office. There were ample sanitizers, infrared thermometers etc. During lockdown many of the team members were completely sitting at home, still got their salary on time.
