I have new to this Company. So far everything was excellent. No complaints. Moreover, April this year I noticed that management arranged a foreign trip for all the performers for their good work over year. This is not a work trip with seminars and what nots like many other Companies do. Just pure all expenses paid vacation and they promised to arrange such trip in the future also for proven performers, senior junior alike. I fill much more motivated now....Read More

So far I had a very good experience at C-Quel. Pay packages are good, there are ample growth opportunity, team bonding is great. From the beginning of pandemic situation management is looking after employees. They distributed masks and sanitizer, made it mandatory to use them during office hours even before the lockdown. During lockdown,. they introduced Work From Home facilities for all employees which is ongoing till this day. Behind the scenes they also upped the medical insurance of all employees. Whole weekend filled with full of fun and games, excellent food and accommodations. Our MD went there one day in advance and arranged all the things.
