There is nothing to be liked about the institution just that you get a job and opportunity to start your career. Getting into the college is easy as probably there is always a requirement of the staff and the staff is constantly being changed.
Dislikes
Terrible environment and word culture. Your services are required only for few months till the session is going on and then in an hour notice you are relieved. But have patience, they will call you back for new session and repeat the same thing. 24 to 25 hours of work load is common. Plus besides this work load you will have to perform a heap of other unnecessary stuff. Threat of being relieved from the job is a common thing. Plus who ever is on leave his work becomes your liability. Lastly, your will never become a permanent staff of the college, no salary increment upto 3 three years and you are relieved before you complete your adhoc period...Read More

I served this Institute as asst. Prof. My job in totality was academics. But besides my duties I had to perform other unnecessary work or others too whoever was on leave.
Work days: Alternate Saturday off
