There is no uniform here. And there is no training about the working of product and manufacturing (ACB). If a person comes to work here on a holiday, he does not get any leave. There is no E3 here. ( Sir My Past Company are Legrand Group so that some words .......................) .

In general it's ok But overall growth is very slow. Those are like to work slow it's good.

Product development etc poor. Benefits are not as required

Lots of politics, No respect for degree . Boss always prefers less qualified person to save his chair. Buttering to boss will be beneficial.

They don't think about financial growth as per market growth they waiting for resignation then will try to stop either normal appraisal system no revision salary even you working with them very long time.

Nothing as such, but flexible timings and supporting HR and team, other wise there is complete mess in plant. Less office politics.

If talking about the compensation then survival is also tough if you are single earning member of the family. Internal politics is way too high,new people do not stay in this company for more than max 5 years or else are made to leave if joined at senior position(upper management) The fixed,upper management is way too rigid even after the takeover of Siemens so no new cultural changes have taken place after the takeover.
