It's good only for Freshers till they complete 1-2 year experience in C&E otherwise no salary hike, no proper management.

Good working environment though bit of politics. Supportive staff and workmen. Low increments. Almost timely salary. Upto 7th. Job security is good. You will be recognised if u work hard. General shift. So no late workings. Transportation facility. Easy going.
