The so called Chief Flow Officer functions in his own flow without any ground level understanding and just a single agenda of BEI irrespective of your revenue generated.Its better to be a non performer and just stick to the parameters if you want to work for this organisation

The only thing I liked about the organization was the opportunities to learn and the Coaching sessions for employees

Dislikes

Unrealistic targets in certain divisions - without proper workforce. Some senior leaders favor only those who suck-up to them. A lot of politics within the system. Inter-Brand competition has gotten so nasty, that some employees, in order to please their bosses, hide things from colleagues. Lack of transparency - Top down - peer topeer - everywhere. Unfair advantage given to employees at the HO - for promotions etc. Senior leadership hide the dirty realities of the group from the MD and cover up everything.
