They don't even what exactly work life balance means and hired highly un skilled manger like ABH, ZBH and regional head they don't the market , projects school nothing not even capability to enter in a A+ School to onboard. Worst experience. No job security they don't even understand the meaning of holiday and leave..

HR is asking my mother health report so that she can she is in actually condition or not once I submit they verified from the hospital saying we know your mother is critical condition but we cannot give you the leave more than 2 days ..

Except salary, everything is worst. Even salary is also getting deducted or getting reduced for unknown reasons. Lay off, lay off, lay off.... more than promotions and other things, one have to be beware of layoffs. When it comes to lay off, the top level managements are getting safe without any reasons and are getting highly paid, that too for no reason. But the ground level management ( BDE ), who are putting their efforts are not appreciated. Appreciations are next, but they should be in the place, where they need to be motivated. But for them, salary will be credited only after 15 th of every months, laying off them for without any reasons...Read More

Everything, ZBH is horrible, doesn't know anything about marketing trends of modern days. Being MM you will get frustrated, no support from top level management. Though you are under different heads but the sales person will unnecessary puts lot of pressure. You will not even get support from your boss too. In the conclusion, if you are jobless then only join BTC else don't dare to think.
