Everything, ZBH is horrible, doesn't know anything about marketing trends of modern days. Being MM you will get frustrated, no support from top level management. Though you are under different heads but the sales person will unnecessary puts lot of pressure. You will not even get support from your boss too. In the conclusion, if you are jobless then only join BTC else don't dare to think.

In Kolkata hub, DSSL has been running where interns have been appointed for the work led by Ankita Karmakar. She practiced the abusive language to get the work done. Interns attrition rate was so high. She got into BYJUS as intern with the help of Abhinandan (freeloader, shit-guy, fraud) and has been there for only 2 years before she got promoted thrice. There was another guy with her who also joined with Ankita as intern but never got promoted that much because Ankita had affair with her boss so she got promoted easily. She has no skill-set whatsoever. My seniors told me lot of things but I think this space is not enough.
