Zero job security. No regulation of offensive language/remarks usage in the office. What might've started out as a healthy competitive culture within the organisation upon conception has turned into a horrible toxic cutthroat tyrannical machinery where all frontline resources are meant to be exploited and then replaced.

Work Details

Work life balance would not be regulated since working days are from Wed-Sunday. One would work on these days but would end up working on the off days of Mon & Tue as well because of the follow ups so it really is up to you how you manage it.
