The cluture is forever improving. As the organisation goes multinational, so is its standards. Job security is cent percent and the management is super supportive of new ideas to scale. Hierarchy is approachable personally, over calls and even whatsapp. Getting the best out of you and pushing you to reach you best day after day is the gene of the company. Happy to work here!
