It's good as long as you perform well, can't say the same if your performance is not good. Good pay with good incentives.

Dislikes

Management is a lot more egoistic compared to other companies, work load is a lot. You end working some 10-12 hours. A lot of loopholes within the system. Employees are expected to welcome change as per requirements like change in job designation flaws in offer letter. Etc.

Never worked with the kind of people that I had in my team at BYJU's before. They were all so non toxic and had varied interests. Lots of good tea time conversations and the work is good too.
