There is nothing to like about byjus, anything that person can learn from byjus is politics. Very toxic environment

Dislikes

Everything!! Environment is very toxic, people working there is not at all helpful especially team leader and manager. Very bad experience. Very partial with the buttering people.

It's good as long as you perform well, can't say the same if your performance is not good. Good pay with good incentives.

Dislikes

Management is a lot more egoistic compared to other companies, work load is a lot. You end working some 10-12 hours. A lot of loopholes within the system. Employees are expected to welcome change as per requirements like change in job designation flaws in offer letter. Etc.

Work is good in Byjus as my performance is also good. As long as performance is good life at BYJU'S will be good.

No job security... They will hire you for different skills and transfer you in different department and also if you requests them they will tell you to do resign... No job security, no life balance...target based job long working hours and even incentives not came on time if you did well also No body listening to employees

Quite lucky to find amazing colleagues, age group will be almost the same. Reputed company with challenging job could help you getting recognised in a better company. If you have survived this organisation , you can survive easily anywhere. Also company gives good gifts for special occasions and an amazing joining kit.

Dislikes

Too much pressure , very hectic, no work life balance, targets are inhuman , expected to work like machine. Week offs are terrible , you won't get a weekend or a weekday properly , keeps on shifting often.
