Every employees is given equal chances to start off but it is the hard work which takes them a long way. High-performing individuals are regarded as trustable and may come across as having an unfair distribution of work. Be the best version of yourself to get to a better place.

Dislikes

There are moments of confusion between departments as there maybe politics and groupism from time to time.

You should be grateful. There are very few companies, and start-ups, that care of their employees as well as BYJUs does.

Dislikes

There's not much to complain about, other than the commute, but that's a logistical issue.
