The culture here makes it feel like everyone is part of a community-and that feeling is incredibly rewarding.

Dislikes

It can be stressful because every project is super important, but since you're working for an organization that has a lot of other responsibilities as well, it's not as bad as it sounds.

I am fortunate to be a part of a team that does not engage in unethical behavior in order to gain brownie points from the boss. Everyone communicates in a card-on-the-fashion, finding positive solutions.

Dislikes

The working hours initially bothered me, but later got used to it .

Work Details

I enjoyed my job and all the people associated with my work. What I really liked is the honest communication between employees and management. Everyone seeks healthy criticism and they give you space to experiment.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
