The role of a product specialist gives you an opportunity to work with consumers pan India, the job security is good, growth opportunities do exist but not before completing 2 years in the same position also the monetary benefits are great

Dislikes

The company doesn't have proper work ethics at all, the role might seem mostly sort of customer care, huge false promises done by sales team those escalation and unsatisfied customers one has to handle everyday plus huge targets and inhuman pressure from the upper management as a bonus. There is not much training facility as well so personal growth will be zero

PATHETIC COMPANY

Everything in this company is pathetic. Terrible managers, terrible HRs. Calls you on your weekoffs & expects you to work all day. Cheapest company.

1. 10 hours work timing 2. Working on weekends 3. No support from the higher management to resolve the on going issues 4. Leave policies- manager will not approve leaves if your working days in a month fall short of 20 days(most of the months in a year have only 20 working days) 5.
