Can't believe I get to work here. This is my dream job.

Dislikes

It's really important that you, at the very least, have a general interest in the industry. Can be pretty monotonous work-wise if you're not.

Work Details

I love the work we do here at BYJU'S as a Product specialist. I truly think that education is such a big part of society and being able to actively improve the way in which children learn their subjects is, to me, God's work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
