The role of a product specialist gives you an opportunity to work with consumers pan India, the job security is good, growth opportunities do exist but not before completing 2 years in the same position also the monetary benefits are great

Dislikes

The company doesn't have proper work ethics at all, the role might seem mostly sort of customer care, huge false promises done by sales team those escalation and unsatisfied customers one has to handle everyday plus huge targets and inhuman pressure from the upper management as a bonus. There is not much training facility as well so personal growth will be zero

1. 10 hours work timing 2. Working on weekends 3. No support from the higher management to resolve the on going issues 4. Leave policies- manager will not approve leaves if your working days in a month fall short of 20 days(most of the months in a year have only 20 working days) 5. no work life balance they die for targets for product specialist(4hrs and 50 calls everyday and each call should be of 30 seconds minimum or else its not considered). no quality they work on quantity, leaves are not approved easily even though HR's have provided enough leaves for employees. only good thing is salary and health insurance and there is no saturday sunday weekoff. weekoffs is on weekdays....Read More
