Not a good organization to work with especially if you hired from out side and not grown in the system. VP and AVP layer are pathetic here. Just grown in 5 to 6 year in the organisation's and worst in people management.

Dislikes

Middle management are very arrogant. They do not want to grow any outsider , employees from merged companies can not grow. AVP and VP have their own gang in the company. Discrimination at utmost level. Middle management is worst..

No work life balance here in byjus if you hired from outside.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
