The payment procedure of byju's is extremely good we always use to receive our salaries on the particular dates there was no other consequences we have ever faced during receiving payment so salary

The work culture is extremely toxic the management has no control over the what politics work life balance is low people are treated like machines, while doing sales we need to compromise our work ethics sometime customer satisfaction part is not being entertain by the manager

From higher management everyone are not even fit for for the higher roles false commitments, ruined many people carriers by fake words, will make us to work 24/7 and at last they will not even pay salaries and eventually everyone will be laid off

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.

Everything about the company was awesome Until March 2022, then its the opposite.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. Money laundering has happened from the company in a very creative way by fooling the entire law. 5. The list goes on....Read More

You have freedom to run your centre according to you as an Academic Manager. I got learn a lot if things like parent (customer handling,Faculty Management, Work Load is very less, If you are preparing for an exam this job is best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
