The worst company to work with. Managers don’t know how to talk to employees and are always high during working hours. Work life balance is not at all there. Employees are treated as SHIT. Company doesn’t care about the customers. Managers only care if we have received the money and a loan is processed. If not then the employee is treated with no respect at all. Asking for help means that you’re not fit for the job. Job security is as good as like working on a per day wages worker. Will move any employees anywhere without understanding the background of the employees.
