The worst company to work with. Managers don’t know how to talk to employees and are always high during working hours. Work life balance is not at all there. Employees are treated as SHIT. Company doesn’t care about the customers. Managers only care if we have received the money and a loan is processed. If not then the employee is treated with no respect at all. Asking for help means that you’re not fit for the job. Job security is as good as like working on a per day wages worker. Will move any employees anywhere without understanding the background of the employees. Doesn’t matter If you’re from customer service or anything else… they will do what ever they want as they are paying you....Read More

0 consideration for the background of the employees and no respect for employees.. doesn’t stand on its words. Promises are meant to be broken is the policy they follow.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
