Work culture is terrible. Work pressure and target pressure is above the nerve. The management will make you feel like a shit if you are not able to make sale as per they said. Even if you make sales in the BDA profile it won't be enough for them. The management will suck your every blood drop and brain cells even in the national holidays and festivals, and will give you guilt trip so that you would sit and work on those days also. CRT manager was very good nothing good in this organisation.

Worst worst worst! OJT manager is worst always demotivate BDTs and always be like "sale maro or resign maro". Poor leads customer don't have money to pay for their child. No work life balance, no personal life nothing. It was a nightmare. Worst organization in my career.

They offer a fat salary and good incentives. That's the only good thing. And when I say salary it means after you're converted to a BDA.

Now I'll be extremely honest about it. They have a program called the BDT program. In this they'll give you a minimal training and ask you to generate revenue of Rs 70,000 in 4 weeks. If you do it you're good or else out. Plus they'll ask you to make 2 hours of talk time everyday and would expect you to book demo sessions from clients. The leads they provide you are 'refurbished' leads. In other words they are bad or discarded leads. The team managers put extreme pressure on you, and they themselves get extreme pressure from the higher ups<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The BDT program gives very less salary</mark>.
