There is a huge list First of all they don’t owner to their commitment ,they behave as if it’s a beautiful Corperate company and follow a cheat tactics of mass hiring and firing .My sincere advice is do not ever leave your current job and join Byjus .one fine day you get a yellow slip without any solid reason .in fact your direct reporting manager will also not have any clue ,he get to know after you are fired and he displays a sympathy toward you wondering why you have been fired . By the way I am writing behalf of my Wife ,I feel guilty for asking her to resign from a ongoing school job and opt for Byjus thinking it will be a Corperate set up with a professional approach and I was totally baffled by the outcome . Again my sincere advice is do not ever leave you current job and opt for Byjus ,if you are a fresher and doesn’t have anything in hand you can look forward to work for 3 months and get fired ....Read More

No job security, payment looks good on papers but doesn't really reach the bank accounts. They'll pay half salary and issue statement for full salary. Epfo contribution will not be done. These people should be punished in a public forum.

amateur managers, policies keep changing, they'll hire more than needed, and Byju keeps sending some emails with unnecessary sob stories to fool employees about delaying salaries. If you join the company make sure to have a backup first

There are some people in company are helping but most of them are biased.

My student's ratings were 4.9 out of 5 and I was doing an ad-hoc job also in the content team. But still, they asked me to leave and the tutors who had a 4 rating were still in the company. So, this company is completely biased. They don't respect the effort of the employees.

too much standards to meet for every class you get review and you have to keep getting a rating of 4 above other wise escalation. so many tests that you forget everything else. plus prepare for classes too. Too hectic and unnecessary standards to maintain.

Worst work life balance, there is no security of our job. Within a day the company can eliminate without giving any kind of reason. It is not less then a mental trauma. We had to work in our non-working hours. And also have to work on working days when needed Have alot of things to write but can't make it here.

Taking continuous 5 to 6 classes without stopping a bit....and speaking continuously for these pong hours everyday is very tedious and it affects our health also
