For me working with Bygging India ltd is a different type of experience. I have learned lot of things here. Previously I only had ready mix concrete experience. Now after working with BIL I also have experience in chimney construction.

Familiar environment and colleagues as well as sportive. The parts of the company is good which are most important are timely salary, and free bachelor accommodation

Dislikes

Some parts of the company are not good, like the Mediclaim policy, which is no family allowance and group policy.& Basically in the store departments not provided material on time to the project's site. The salary package is less as per your experience and qualifications.
