Jobs are more interesting. MD plans the works good and organises fantastic programmes. Job satisfaction is super and cannot see anywhere. But company policy is not satisfactory. Resigned people cannot get back their original certificates. Company wiil not do final settlement to them and cannot get their dues. Every month delayed salary payment even beyond 20th. Religious based promotion . Preference for Christian only. Staff can work for a long time if they ignore such problems....Read More

Resigned staff cannot get back their original certificates and dues. Final settlement is very difficult. Religious based career growth. Compulsory Repayable deposits cannot be got back. Compulsory Shares more than one lakh rupees cannot be got back. No dividend for shares. Resigned staff approaching Labour dept is no use.

Work is very interesting. Cannot see such programmes anywhere. I learnt everything on the job. Company has given many training programmes. I got different roles in this company

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
