Really great organisation, I really feel very proud to be a part of BVG family, great company great people great colleagues, overall I will give 4.5 stars

Dislikes

Everything is going good, sometimes due to internal politics, quality get effected which is not good for organisation but now management has been desided to take strong action against the culprits.

Work culture is good, again I will give 4.5 marks

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
