On the job training is not given to New joiness ..there is no salary increment for those who is handling side .there is no leaves kind of things in bvg ,,except only three national holidays and weekly off .

The job is quit interesting .I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to handel multiple role with in the team .
