What I dislike about working at Buzzworks is the poor management at the Hyderabad office, where employees often feel undervalued. There is a lack of work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior is common, including the use of inappropriate language and disrespectful communication (AREY). Additionally some management display a superiority complex, with loud, disruptive behavior that undermines a professional work environment</mark>. Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

In this role at present off role I want to move on role organization and career growth is slow remaining everything good.

The job is quite interesting I srtugglee a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hates roles within the same team
