Basically it's a off roll job .. it's job only give salary to us nothing else

Dislikes

Salary is good but career growth is slow .they even don't hike without onroll company approvel .. Buzzwork doesn't recognise your work..even when you leave company you have take many follow upa from both companies ..on roll as well as off roll and Buzzwork not supporting to they employees in any manner.

The job is quite interesting i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job .i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helps me get a taste of different roles within the same team
