What I dislike about working at Buzzworks is the poor management at the Hyderabad office, where employees often feel undervalued. There is a lack of work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior is common, including the use of inappropriate language and disrespectful communication (AREY). Additionally some management display a superiority complex, with loud, disruptive behavior that undermines a professional work environment. Employees are discouraged from seeking help form colleagues, expected to sit in one place, and subjected to inappropriate comments, such as calling smoker "Chutta" and making personal remarks about employees....Read More
