One of the best consultant ever i seen. But some negatives in that company first salary date maximum you receive salary at 5th date of the month or else you receive upto 10th date.. No job security .. you can join as temporary employee for your financial needs I’m not suggesting for long term career option.. over all its ok for your start up careers..

It's good for those who are freshers & looking for an opportunity to induct into an IT industry. These types of company are beneficial for those people who need any employment in urgency.

It is a third-party consulting-based company who hire resources for other tech MNC's. They are just a vendor to provide temporary resources for urgent requirements in distinguish projects. They do not provide any kind of legitimate facilities to employee because their employment is based on contractor oriented.

I got laid off in Capgemini. It's very embracing for all the contractual emp. Even they're not extended our tenure. If company situation is bad they reduce our cost but laid off employees is not a solution.
