Hire & Fire hire at low salary, once work done lay off. or give reasons that your work is inadequate in spite of giving 10hrs of working everyday. No relieving letter and experience letter. No salary for serving 3 months notice period. Don't join the company thinking that you got job, they lure you based on filling the job immediately later to know that they hire you to get just part of the work to be done and once done treat you shit and remove you from job. The attrition rate is surprisingly high 50%. Any newcomer joins stays for 4 to 6 months that too because of notice period....Read More

After joining the counfreedise for Warehouse central team , I have learn lot of thing of warehouse process , than my pervious job. Learnd new thing , skills and meet new people. My assistant manager and manager and boss are all supporting .

I have been a part of the Development Team at Buymore Infotech. I was fortunate enough to be allocated in a business project right after the initial training that they provide. Team Leads are quite friendly over here. Senior developers are co-operating really well to juniors.
