In a store level there are so many negative people and full of poltics. They hire people and fire them for there ego satisfaction. If the employee known that politics can survive. Mr pankaj was my RGM and he plays with employee career.

No mutual understanding, negative work environment by some people, its depends on your boss if he is positive the employee is positive if he is negative your career goes down.

Though it is said that to be polite, so i will be as well. I don't know myself from where to start at all. First of all I will be starting with the company. I will Not take the names as it is confidential. The higher authorities will go to hotel management colleges to hire fresher's candidates with giving baits about getting promotion and job opportunities. As example "If there is a store open near your hometown you will be offered first after your training." But as I worked there previously for 2 years at Bangalore branch Even requesting them after I had some emergency they didn't even gave me the opportunity to speak or describe, and said there is no opening right now(Straight Lie). But there are enough store opened in my hometown that they can easily shift one person. But no those person who'll butter the higher authorities will get chance to get their preferred choice And hired external SM. There is no rule for any other managers Like ARM(Assistant Restaurant manager) & RGM(Restaurant General Manager) they can come and go anytime anywhere without any permission or anything , if there is anything wrong only the shift managers have to face everything, and the RGM's and ARM's can blame them to cover up for their faults and mistakes. Secondly, they'll say 9 hours shift as written policy, but again that will never be followed after the fresher's being a manager , but ok 1-2 hour is manageable being a manager, but after night shift continuing morning shift for days is inhuman and nobody say a word about it bcoz only shift managers have to face this , so nobody cares at all (they think shift managers as a machine or tool). Third one more promise (though this is not the end lol🤣) "We'll finish your training within 6 months but no, by lingering it to more than one year for the fresh pass out college students. Now let's talk about Bangalore branch: It's the worst. Bdw was talking about BHPL(Taco Bell). Choose wisely before entering and beware of false promises....Read More

Everything: False promises, Lame Excuses, after giving all by hard and smart work no promotion(Instead who can butter they can go ahead),no permanent or exact 9 hrs.' shift, unsure about any type of off(weekoff, comp.off,pl,cl,sl). Again please choose wisely. And once again BHPL(Taco Bell).

Already said before in brief please check... If u r new to Bangalore don't buy a two wheeler like scooty then You'll be the unofficial Zomato/uber delivery guy to their other branches at free of cost. Even if u buy don't announce it to ur any higher ops.
