I thank to company i being work with this company for 2years and 9 month. But no job security seems.

Dislikes

In a store level there are so many negative people and full of poltics. They hire people and fire them for there ego satisfaction. If the employee known that politics can survive. Mr pankaj was my RGM and he plays with employee career.

No mutual understanding, negative work environment by some people, its depends on your boss if he is positive the employee is positive if he is negative your career goes down.

It was growing before lockdown and as of 2021 is still struggling to even get sales

It was not really job it's mess there's still no real way they operate or even clear about growing with the process and sop very unclear and training is just a black spot for Yum

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
